Introduction:
At the heart of the barrier is the combination of a DC motor and its intelligent control mechanism. This combination, developed especially for this application, represents a major technological leap thanks to its flexible acceleration and deceleration and independently adjustable opening and closing times. This further optimizes the movement for a long service life and long maintenance-free intervals. Hall sensors integrated into the motor provide precise data on the position of the railing arm at any given moment, and they also provide the control system with a means of verifying optimum acceleration and braking characteristics. By calculating the exact position of the boom, feedback is provided directly at any position in the form of a potential-free signal. This eliminates the need for mechanical limit switches that are prone to wear.
