Wonusn has patented the servo series serve motor barrier gate. This motor combines a permanent-magnet synchrounous serve motor (PMSM motor) with high quality aluminum alloy press forming housing and well-designed gear reducer. It has rather impressive features including a high power density, low noise, small vibration, high efficiency and fast response as a special drive application.
Compared to the traditional asynchronous motor, this serve motor has many advantages such as a higher efficiency, higher power factor, lighter weight, lower temperature rise, and better power-saving. These advantages make the power grid quality factor higher, and make it easier to use that power grid capacity, which helps save investment costs.
The motor drive uses a serve motion control algorithm to ensure accurate positioning of opened and closed positions and motion curve tracks through an encoder. It can be widely used in places like expressway toll stations, bus stations, shopping malls, airports, hospitals, and other locations. This motor can greatly facilitate journeys while also avoiding potential safety hazards.
This gate has several adjustable features to enhance its safety and usability. Open and close speed can be adjusted, and the arm direction can be easily changed between left and right. In the event of a power outage, the arm can be opened and closed manually and will lock itself in place. It is wireless and comes with a photocell 10 port output, loop detector anti-collision 10 output, and open and close control input. Additionally, the gate can be connected to a 12V traffic light and support traffic light signal output, open and close limit signal output, counting (fleet) input RS485 communication input, and 24V battery input port. Delay close arm function ranging from 1 to 300 seconds is adjustable, as is the open and close arm speed deceleration. Further, one-key settings for the arm type and corresponding speed are available, as is arm auto reverse function (force adjustable). Finally, the gate has an anti-collision alarm function for added safety, though additional sensors and alarms are required.
This product is a DC24V power supply with a rated power of 200W, 400W. It comes with a 2nd generation DC servo motor and a no-load speed of 3000r/min. The Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) of this product is 10 million. Additionally, it provides 3 pcs of spring for increased durability.
The input interface includes Photocell, Loop detector, parking system etc., while the output interface allows connection to motors and traffic lights. There is also optional communication guidance, and it includes RS485, TCP/IP. The remote distance is 100M in open, sunny conditions.
